THE APARTMENT;

This apartment was completely refurbished and refitted in April/ May 2008.

There are no steps to the apartment, if the dates you require are not available please contact us as we also have other similar apartments.

BEDROOM 1:

Has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with free security safe, large wall mounted vanity mirror and shelving complete with hairdryer. Two 3 drawer bedside tables with reading lamps. Sliding doors opening directly on to terrace.

BEDROOM 2:

Has 1 single bed, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted vanity mirror, 3 drawer bedside table with reading lamp and shelving.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA:

Contains 3 seater sofa which converts to a double bed when needed, sideboard, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. Wall mounted 32” flat screen T.V. with Euro Sport, Sky Sports, Sky News, BBC, ITV, Movie Channel, Children’s Channels also German and Spanish T.V. complete with D.V.D. player.

KITCHEN:

Fully fitted modern kitchen containing electric oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, fully equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery etc..

BATHROOM:

Fully fitted with bath/shower, w.c., vanity unit with ample storage, illuminated mirror over wash basin also electric sockets for shaving etc..

UTILITY ROOM:

Containing washing machine, hot water boiler, iron, ironing board, brush, mop/mop bucket, dustpan/brush and cleaning agents.

THE TERRACE:

Large, (pool and sea facing) terrace, accessible through terrace doors from both large bedroom and lounge. Complete with extendible clothes line, table and chairs.

Laguna Park 1 comprises 182 apartments which has both full aparthotel and privately owned accommodation, just 15 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport and only 500 meters from Torviscas beach. The complex has a large seawater swimming pool and children’s pool, with lifeguard in attendance. Poolside bar, snack bar, full restaurant and self service laundrette. It has a large entertainments area with bar, 5 flat screen T.Vs. and evening family entertainment.. The complex also has 24hr. English speaking reception and 24hr.security. The reception area offers daily newspapers and 24hr. internet access. The complex also offers pool tables, table tennis, a games room, solarium and Kiddies Club. The onsite supermarket opens from 8.00am until 12 midnight. Car hire and a full range of trips can be booked in and outside reception.

THE AREA:

The complex is in San Eugenio bajo ( lower), 500/600 meters or 10 minute stroll to Puerto Colon marina where a variety of boat trips are available. It is roughly the same distance to the beaches of Playa La Pinta, Playa Torviscas and Playa Fanabe. All have play areas for children. There are 7 golf courses, all between 2km. and 10km. away. The Aquapark is about 10 minutes walk. Outside the complex there is a full range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs to suit all tastes. The very large San Eugenio shopping centre is less than 3 minutes walk away. Various water sports are available from the nearby beaches. The only ten pin bowling alley in the south of Tenerife is approx. 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride.
