€300-00. (Stg.270-00) per week for 2 persons sharing.

€30-00. (Stg.27-00) per week each for extra persons.

Exchange rates to Sterling are variable.

Special rates are negotiable depending on length of stay and no. of persons.

We can also arrange pick up and return to the airport if required.

Availability Calendar

THE RENTAL CONTRACT:

1.    All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking as confirmation, with       
       the balance due two months prior to start of visit. We will send you a reminder 1 week before
       your balance is due.

2.    Please read our “Terms & Conditions” below as well as the remainder of “Rental Contract” as
       sending your deposit implies acceptance of those terms.

3.    When confirming your booking we will e-mail you a booking form which we ask you to
       complete and return. We will also send you bank details for payment of deposit and balance.

4.    The apartment is normally available to arriving clients between 1pm and 5pm depending on
       seasonal pressures etc.. When booking you will be given a local phone no. to call from the
       airport to enable our agent to meet you with the keys etc..

5.    A €50 security deposit is required for the keys which will be returned when our agent collects      
       the apartment keys at the end of your stay.

6.    The apartment is professionally cleaned with bed linen/towels provided ready for your stay.

7.    Extra bed linen & towels are supplied should you require a change.
  
       N.B. We do NOT supply beach towels.

8.    Cots, highchairs and buggies can be hired. If required, please inform us when making original
       booking.

9.    Smokers are welcome, but for the comfort of other guests please smoke on the terrace outside.
       Smoking inside the apartment will set off the complex alarms.

10.  Guests must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. (May be extended by prior
       arrangement if your flight is not until later that day/evening.)

11.  We strongly advise all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance.

12.  It is your responsibility to ensure all members of your group have a valid passport.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1.    We cannot accept any liability for anything we have no control over, including, but not limited
       to, airlines, loss of luggage, weather, closure of facilities, death or injury sustained by you or
       any member of your group, (whether inside the apartment or anywhere else) however caused.

2.    Work outside the apartment boundaries is beyond our control and there may be occasions
       where an advertised facility is either modified or not available. Such situations may be caused
       by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions etc..

3.    All luggage, including personal possessions, are at all times and under all circumstances at
       owners risk.

4.    Although we provide a safe for your use, (free of charge) we do not accept any responsibility
       for any losses from this.

5.    Apartment keys lost by guests will result in their €50 deposit being used  to replace the door
       locks for the security of future guests.

6.    Accommodation is booked exclusively for persons named on booking form.

7.    The items contained within “The Rental Contract” above form part of the “Terms &     
       Conditions”.
